AMIFA PRODUCT

LottoRead.
Read the ticket.

An app built and run by AMIFA. It reads draw tickets and scratch cards and checks them against new draws, so a winning ticket is less likely to be thrown away.

A scan reads the ticket with AI. It is not an official prize check: look again at a ticket that seems to have lost before throwing it away, and confirm a win at a retailer. The app does not place a bet or sell a ticket.

Product idea

Many tickets are never checked after the draw. LottoRead keeps a scan and compares it with later draws. The app does not promise better odds. A draw stays random. What changes is the chance of noticing a win that is already on the ticket.

What the app does

Draw games listed on the product site: Powerball, Mega Millions, EuroMillions, Lotto Texas, New York Lotto, Florida Lotto, Lotto America, Millionaire for Life, Canada Lotto 6/49, Austrian Lotto 6 aus 45 and German Lotto 6 aus 49. Scratch cards are read from the card itself, including bonus panels and the small print, and are not tied to that list.

Number Lab builds combinations as random, delta, pattern, a full wheel, or through a language model. Each variant shows the arithmetic it uses. None of them makes one combination more likely than another. A full wheel covers the combinations of a pool the player chooses. The app is free to download and includes credits. Scans and number generation spend credits. Credits can be topped up for free by watching a rewarded ad. An optional subscription removes the credit limits. Checking a ticket that was already scanned against a new draw is not charged.

Tech, AI and automation

The product is public at lottoread.com, on iOS and on Android. In the source, the iOS app is Swift, the Android app is Kotlin, and the server is TypeScript. Reading a ticket uses computer vision for numbers, symbols and small print. A cropped or blurred photo is asked for again, more clearly. New draws are compared in the background with the stored scans. An alert refers to the player’s own tickets.

Operations

AMIFA runs the website, the apps and the server. The ticket in hand remains the document a prize is claimed with. The product site asks players to check a ticket that looks like a loss before throwing it away, and to confirm a win at a retailer.

Result

LottoRead is publicly available. AMIFA builds and runs the website, the apps and the server. The app shows a complete build: the idea, AI reading, draw checks and ongoing operation on both mobile platforms.

What we measure next

Next we can observe whether a scan makes sense as an automatic reading, whether a check reaches the right ticket, and whether support questions cluster around the photo, the credits or a particular game.

What carries over to your project

A scan is read and later checked against a draw. The ticket in hand stays the record. What carries over is a bounded path from an input to a checked result, with a person confirming what happens next.
