WHAT THE SCOPE MEANS
Agreed before
we start.
Foundation
One location, one language, one selected design family and up to six substantive pages or equivalent sections. Includes one consolidated design revision. Supplied copy is adapted within agreed limits.
Includes search metadata, review of one eligible Google Business Profile, alignment of up to two social profiles, one enquiry or booking path and basic content templates. Measurement requires suitable access and privacy arrangements. Platform approvals depend on the provider.
Care & Local Growth
Care includes hosting, maintenance, backups, monitoring and defined technical care. Recurring copy, social publishing, SEO campaigns and unlimited changes are outside Care.
Local Growth includes Care, four originals from one approved monthly batch, adaptation for up to two channels, a suitable Google profile update from the same material, one bounded improvement and a short report. Four originals across two channels are eight placements, not eight separately commissioned ideas.
Your domain and business accounts remain under your control. We agree content, image rights, access, a submission date and one consolidated approval round. Late approvals move the publication calendar. Extra locations, languages, photo/video production, advertising spend and custom integrations are quoted separately.
OWNERSHIP AND HANDOVER
What you own.
What you use.
You own your content, your domain and your data. You receive a perpetual licence to use your website. AMIFA keeps the reusable core: the components and the framework.
Website
The perpetual licence covers the presence we build for your business. You may keep using that website for as long as you want. Components and the framework that AMIFA uses across projects stay with AMIFA. You receive the access needed to operate the site at handover.
Domain
The domain stays registered to you. AMIFA does not become the owner of your domain. Registrar or DNS access is arranged only as far as the build needs it, and is recorded at handover.
Accounts
Your Google Business Profile, social accounts, hosting, analytics and email stay in your name. AMIFA works with delegated access that you approve. You can revoke that access.
Content
Copy, offers, images and the data that describe your business belong to you. That includes material AMIFA prepares for your presence. Third-party rights, such as photography, stay with their owners.
How handover works
After you accept the work, you receive a short handover: where the website lives, which accounts are involved, who has access and how to request changes. Care or Local Growth continues only if you commission it. When care ends, the domain, the accounts and your content stay with you. Delegated access is removed.
